Receive Your Order

1. - Pick up your order at Our Office or Warehouse
2. - Pay cash to our delivery personnel when you receive the goods (Only in Bangkok)
   
3. - For areas other than Bangkok, Grazip will ship via freight forwarder or Registered Mail minimum at 60 Baht or EMS and will provide the Tracking Number for cutomer to track the shipment
   

Remarks:

1. Price shown on the web site herewith does not include VAT 7%.
2. If the items are not in stock, the normal delivery lead time for special orders are 45-60 days.
3. Any items purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded for whatever reasons.
